Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address Changes: We cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Frikadu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
